Description

Method of preparation

Quick and easy to make: pour the contents of the can in a saucepan and heat until boiling. Pour the soup in three containers ; place the bread on top. Tip: break an egg over the bread. Add grated emmental cheese and brown in a preheated oven at 250º C.

  • Onion stock (Water, onion (2.07%), beef, leek, chicken, pork, potato, carrot, cabbage, celery and garlic)
  • "Figueres" red onion 15.68%
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • salt
  • Bread(wheat flour, vegetable oil, sugar, yeast, salt, c vitamin C)

Low in salt (<1.1%)

Suggestions
